   I want to start this letter out by saying, thank you to Mr. Derick Van Ness and Freedom Properties. Working with you has been a most wonderful experience. While all the other companies were giving me and my family the run around, and believe me there were plenty, Freedom Properties was willing to lend a most gracious helping hand.

   A little background on my particular story, when we were first introduced to Freedom Properties it was during a dark time in our family. I had just been laid off of work and was unable to make the monthly payments on the house.
